Returns (for Physical Products Only)
- You may return most new, unopened physical items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Online courses, eBooks, or digital subscriptions
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For Digital Products:
- Refunds for digital items such as courses, eBooks, or videos are only provided if:
- You were charged incorrectly
- You are unable to access the content after purchase
- The product is found to be faulty or not as described
Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for any refund request related to digital items.
Note: If you have requested for a refund, then the refund will be available only on digital items.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at satyasanatanteam@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue (if applicable).
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
